 I stayed at your hotel on November 2007 and my experience was outstanding. I work at Wyndham Rio Mar in Puerto Rico and I know about guest service. All your associates made my experience a wonderful one, specially Frances from the Front desk, Andres from Housekeeping and Jose from Engineering. These associates gave their best to satisfiy all my needs. Please give them my sincere gratitude and appreciation and if possible give them a copy of this e-mail. Because of them and the rest of your staff, I'm definitely planning on going back and stay at your hotel in the near future. Thanks again for a wonderful and pleasant stay. |
